Appointment Booking:

Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC requires a non-refundable deposit as well as a card on file to hold your appointment. We kindly ask that you do not bring anyone with you. Please fill out the intake and consent forms prior to your treatment to avoid cutting into your appointment time. Clients must fillout all documents prior to their session.

Late Policy:

Here at Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC we pride ourselves on high quality service and punctuality. If you are less than 15 minutes late it will simply cut into your originally scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy:

Non-refundable booking fees are required. At Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC, we value your time and money, and we kindly ask for the same consideration.

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

We understand that life happens—at Gabi’s discretion, a one-time courtesy waiver of the cancellation fee may be granted.

Cancellations & No-Shows:
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service price.

Same-day rescheduling requests cannot be accommodated and are treated as cancellations.

All rescheduling or cancellation requests must be communicated via text or email to Gabi at least 24 hours before your appointment.

As a courtesy, we send text and email reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

Gabriella Vegh Aesthetics LLC does not offer any refunds or returns. This applies to all deposits services and/or products.

Rescheduling Policy:

Your appointment may be rescheduled twice. If you reschedule a third time then you will be required to make a new deposit. Reschedules must be made within 21 days or your deposit will be forfeited.
